Located above the new Port just a few minutes’ drive, Villa 45 is on the island’s eastern coast, around 2km from the town centre.

Surrounded by sumptuous, colourful gardens, paved paths lead to a little church standing on the highest point overlooking the villa, the villa itself offers a superb view of the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring islands of Tinos and Syros. There is no better place to relax than comfortably settled on the large terrace facing this magnificent view.
