Nestled in a charismatic location on the outskirts of Kardamili, a traditional seaside village in the Messinian Mani, this unique property raises the bar for other Greek residences. The house is made of separate volumes with outdoor circulation and exterior spaces of distinct character and use. Living areas are located to the north of the site: sitting and dining on different levels and a separate kitchen. To the south, the sleeping areas are set over two units: one consists of the master bedroom with an amazing open plan bathroom, and the other, a two story unit, consists of a guest room on each floor. Two additional bedrooms as well as auxiliary spaces are located under the living areas. A swimming pool vital to the resident’s life stands centrally, as a visual connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, offering breathtaking views of the Messinian Gulf.
